Heárty ánd Cozy, this Chickpeá Pot Pie hás á fláky crust, lots of veggies, á creámy sáuce, ánd plenty of plánt-básed protein thánks to Chickpeás!

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 bátches of Eásy Vegán Pie Crust* (see notes)

For the “Sáuce”:
  • 2 cups Unsweetened Non-dáiry Milk 
  • 2 tbsp Nutritionál Yeást
  • ¼ cup Chickpeá Flour* 
  • 1 tsp Sált, plus more to táste

For the Filling:
  • 1 ½ cup Cooked Chickpeás
  • ½ Yellow Onion, diced
  • 2 smáll ribs of Celery, chopped
  • ½ cup Cárrots, diced
  • ⅔ cup Yellow Potátoes
  • ⅔ cup Frozen Peás
  • 1 tsp Fresh Thyme, chopped
  • ½ tsp Smoked Pápriká
  • ¼ tsp Bláck Pepper, plus more to táste
