INGREDIENTS
- 2 bátches of Eásy Vegán Pie Crust* (see notes)
For the “Sáuce”:
- 2 cups Unsweetened Non-dáiry Milk
- 2 tbsp Nutritionál Yeást
- ¼ cup Chickpeá Flour*
- 1 tsp Sált, plus more to táste
For the Filling:
- 1 ½ cup Cooked Chickpeás
- ½ Yellow Onion, diced
- 2 smáll ribs of Celery, chopped
- ½ cup Cárrots, diced
- ⅔ cup Yellow Potátoes
- ⅔ cup Frozen Peás
- 1 tsp Fresh Thyme, chopped
- ½ tsp Smoked Pápriká
- ¼ tsp Bláck Pepper, plus more to táste
