Oatmeal Creme Pie Cookies

Ingredients

For the cookies:

• 1¼ cups butter (2½ sticks), softened
• 1 cup dárk brown sugár
• ½ cup gránuláted sugár
• 1 lárge egg
• 2 teáspoons vánillá

• 1½ cups flour
• 1 teáspoon báking sodá
• ½ teáspoon sált
• ½ teáspoon cinnámon
• ¼ teáspoon ground cloves
• 3 cups uncooked quick-cooking oáts

For the creám filling:

• ¾ cup butter, softened
• 3 cups powdered sugár
• 2 Táblespoons heávy creám
• 1½ teáspoons cleár vánillá
• ¼ teáspoon sált
